Of course it is! All of our exercises are level based.  This means that we have variations for ALL ability levels. Level 1 is beginner or low impact, Level 2 is intermediate, Level 3 and up are more advanced.  This gives you control over how you progress and how much you challenge your body.

Of course!  We are constantly working around past and current injuries.  Unless you are in a full-body cast, there is nothing we can’t train around.

No, we are not Crossfit.  We focus on Functional Fitness, meaning we train so you can be better at everything you do.  We do not use barbells.  We use a variety of other tools such as sandbags, resistance bands, suspension trainers, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc. to allow your body to move freely and without pain, while still getting amazing results!

We do not have ‘open gym time’ where you can come in and train on your own.  All of our training sessions are run by an experienced coach to keep you safe and achieving your goals.

We have a Learning Lounge where kids can play, watch a movie, play games, do homework, etc. an it’s totally FREE.  It is in full view of our training area, but is not supervised.

No, we do not have any showers at our facility.  We do have 2 bathrooms that you can use to change and freshen up after your training sessions.

You DO NOT have to sign up for specific times for any of our Group Personal Training Sessions.  If you are enrolled in our SPT Hybrid Program, you will setup a training schedule with your coach.
